What this site is

sunzee1.app is an independent public advisory examining online investment and earning platforms marketed to users in Pakistan and the wider region. It exists because of an asymmetry: when a new earning app appears, the search results fill almost immediately with reviews written by people paid a commission for every person who signs up. Someone should be publishing the other side, and there should be no money attached to it.

We have no relationship of any kind with sunzee1.com or its operators. We are not endorsed by them, not affiliated with them, and not acting on their behalf or against them at anyone's direction.

How we reach a conclusion

The method is deliberately unimpressive, because it needs to be reproducible by you rather than trusted from us.

1. Read the platform's own claims directly from its site, and quote them accurately rather than characterising them.
2. Test the claims against how the stated business actually works. If a platform says it sells electricity under power purchase agreements, we compare its promises against how independent power producers and PPAs function in reality.
3. Check the arithmetic. Claimed returns are converted to annual figures and compared against documented returns for the relevant asset class. This step alone resolves most cases.
4. Look for the accountability structure — a named entity, a jurisdiction, a regulator, audited accounts, identifiable directors. We report what we found and what we did not.
5. Cross-reference regulator guidance from bodies including the FBI's IC3, the FTC and Pakistani authorities, and link to their material so you can read the original.
6. State the limits. Where we cannot establish something, we say so rather than implying it.

Our conclusions are opinions formed from stated reasoning and publicly available information. Every factual claim is either arithmetic you can check yourself or is linked to its source. You are meant to verify rather than believe.

Editorial independence

This is the part that determines whether anything else here is worth reading.

• We publish no referral links, affiliate links or invite codes, for any platform, ever.
• We publish no download buttons and link to no application packages.
• We host no login, registration or deposit forms, and will never ask for an email, password, wallet key, seed phrase or CNIC.
• We accept no payment from any platform for coverage, placement, removal or amendment.
• We are not paid to criticise any platform, including by competitors.

Any page appearing to be part of this site that offers a sign-up link, a download, a deposit address or a fund-recovery service is not ours. Report it and do not use it.

Corrections

We will correct factual errors promptly and visibly. If you believe something here is wrong, send the correction with supporting evidence and we will review it and publish an amendment if it stands.

This applies to platform operators as well. If a platform can supply verifiable evidence contradicting our assessment — a regulator's register entry, audited accounts, a named legal entity, documented plant ownership — we will publish it and revise our conclusion accordingly. Verifiable evidence, not correspondence about it, is the requirement.
